Signature Smoked Ribs

Our specialty applewood smoked baby back ribs lightly sauced and served with a side of our homemade baked beans. Full rack and half rack available.


Ribeye Steak

A 14 oz. USDA Choice center cut ribeye loaded with flavor and chargrilled to perfection.


Sirloin Steak

A 10 oz. USDA Choice center cut sirloin chargrilled to perfection.


Bacon Wrapped Filet

An 8 oz. USDA Choice center cut filet mignon wrapped in our smoked bacon and chargrilled the way you like it.


Jager Schnitzel

A large pork schnitzel lightly breaded and pan-fried until golden brown, finished with sauteed mushrooms and our red wine gravy. Served with spaetzle and red cabbage.


Maple Smoked Pork Loin

Two boneless center cut smoked pork loin chops grilled and finished with our maple glaze.


Smoked Meat Loaf

Our tender slow smoked meatloaf served with seasonal vegetables and garlic red skinned mashed potatoes and our homemade gravy.


Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Two large chicken breast grilled and topped with seasoned butter, bread crumbs, and melted parmesan cheese.



Your choice of chicken or eggplant. Hand breaded and pan-fried and topped with our homemade marinara sauce and melted parmesan cheese. Served over fettuccine pasta with garlic bread.


Fettuccine Alfredo

Tender fettuccine pasta tossed with our homemade alfredo sauce and finished with fresh shredded parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread. Add grilled chicken or shrimp.


Spaghetti and Meatballs

Spaghetti topped with our homemade marinara sauce and hand made meatballs, finished with fresh shredded parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread.

Butterflied Shrimp

Large Gulf shrimp prepared breaded or boiled, served with drawn butter or cocktail sauce.


Coconut Shrimp

Large Gulf shrimp butterflied and rolled in our homemade coconut batter and deep fried to a delectable golden brown. Served with a side of spicy pineapple salsa.


Canadian Walleye Filet

A large Canadian walleye filet prepared either baked or pan-fried.


Crab Cakes

Homemade Maryland style crab cakes breaded and fried to a golden brown.


Stuffed Salmon

Fresh Atlantic salmon filet filled with our homemade crab stuffing and pan roasted. Finished with a light lemon butter sauce.


Fisherman’s Platter

Lightly hand breaded perch, bluegill, and smelt fried to perfection served with creamy coleslaw and tartar sauce.

All dinners are served with a homemade soup or salad, seasonal vegetables and choice of potato (baked or garlic red skinned mashed), wild rice pilaf, steak fries, or eggplant fries.

Smoked Prime Rib. Hand cut slow smoked prime rib served with seasonal vegetables, choice of potato, a side of Au Jus & horseradish sauce.
